The
history of the organization traces back
to the time when the pioneer of the
company, Shri Dulal Chandra Paul, more
popularly known as D.C. Paul, was engaged
in service at Howrah in West Bengal.
The Honourable Ex-Chief Minister of
West Bengal, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy
had undertaken the venture of developing
this then-swampy area, with brackish
water, into a residential locale. Situated
at a close proximity to Kolkata, the
district of Howrah was to be transformed
into a region with homes for the middle
and higher income masses.
Since inception,
we have executed design and planning
of more than 4,000 units of buildings
i.e. IT Parks, Engineering Colleges,
Residential, Commercial offices, Hospitals,
Clinics, Hotels, Engineering colleges,
co-operative flats, multiplex, shopping
arcades etc. of different sizes and
categories.
